El proceso de selección fue muy ágil y efectivo. Fueron alrededor de 4 entrevistas en total. Primero con recursos humanos de manera online, luego me enviaron para hacer un challenge offline y finalmente 2 entrevistas presenciales y una final con HR.

Tuve una entrevista con HR, estuvo muy bien, luego tuve un whiteboard challenge con dos personas que solo estaban ahi mirandome, la verdad bastante mala onda.
Luego tardaron 3 semanas en responderme y tuve que preguntarle varias veces a la recruiter para saber la respuesta, aunque puede ser obvio que al tardar ya no hayas pasado, esta bien ser un poco humanos la verdad.
Mi sensación es que exigian mas de lo que daban. el salario ofrecido muy bajo para un rol senior.

Entrevista
I had four parts to the interview process. First, I met with the HR representative responsible for the role. After an hour long conversation, a week went by and she reached out asking to schedule the next interview. This was a whiteboard session with two design managers from the team. They presented me a challenge and I needed to explain my design thinking and process and how I would solve the problem presented. After successfully completing this interview, the next part was to complete the whiteboard challenge task as a prototype and detailing more my solution. I had a week to create this prototype and presentation. In the father’s interview where I presented my solution, there where three team members that joined from eDreams ODIGEO. They asked great questions and also provided insight into the next steps of the process. The following week I had a final chat with the team design lead, allowing me to ask any questions about the role.

Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist went really well, she was was very friendly and communicate extremely clearly not only that she has very good knowledge about UX . then next interview i had to do whiteboard challenges with two of the design leads from edreams , they also very supportive but unfortunately i'm not comfortable with ideating while talking out loud. the given challange was very high level one .they don't even tell what i have to do within 30mins of time (i dont want to tell what is this challenge but it is app design it is real word issue that you need to come-up with some kind of solution). it was very interesting one but whiteboard challenge are not for everyone . some peoples wants think freely and comeup with solutions
