had 4 techinical round, after all round they said the round is clear, then had HR round they said fine and another HR will call u for documentation .....after few follow up they are saying that due to in capability of technical knowledge we are not proceeding ur candidature ...........stupidest process I have seen

Good and enthusiastic, great presentation by company. Then they start with aptitude exam and shortlisted student then go for group discussion. Then we have a f2f technical interview. Final interview with HR very supportive hr.
