Okay, let me share my honest experience. I applied through LinkedIn on January 30, 2024, and within an hour, a senior HR representative assigned me a task to be completed within a week. After one week passed, I sent a follow-up email, but the HR representative informed me that their manager was on holiday and promised to update me on the assignment's outcome the next day. However, I didn't receive any further communication. After four days, I reached out again, and once more, I was assured that I would receive an update the following day. Finally, after being informed that my interview was scheduled for the next day, I participated in it, covering topics such as my technological proficiency, previous work experience, and even my family background, though the relevance of the latter puzzled me. Three days after the interview, I contacted HR once more, only to be told that the manager was still on holiday and that I would receive the results soon. Yet, after three more days of silence, I inquired again, only to learn that I had been rejected. The reason for rejection remains unclear to me. Despite my persistence, the HR representative continued to cite the manager's holiday as the reason for the lack of clarity.
