When dealing with a difficult customer, I remain calm, patient, and professional. I listen carefully to their concerns without interrupting, showing empathy and understanding. For example, if a customer is upset about a delayed prescription, I would acknowledge their frustration, politely explain the situation, and offer a solution, such as checking the status, suggesting an alternative, or informing them of the next steps.
