I have a tendency to procrastinate difficult tasks. I tried to prevent previously but failed. However, i compensate for it by doing overtime even without pay to ensure that i beat the deadline. Menos
Describe a time where you've had to make a critical decision

This was difficult because as a low level employee my decisions were hardly ever critical. I ended up talking about a time where I had to make the decision to tell my boss that I wouldn't be able to finish a project on time, and because I did it soon enough we were able to get extra help and make the deadline.
