Entrevista
Applied online and did not hear anything back. Called into the store and the manager told me to come to the group interview the following week. About 8 of us came and we sat on the couches on the first floor at the mall. Went around the circle asking questions, but a group interview just felt awkward to me. Apparently after the group interview there are more rounds- like going to a group exercise class, but I never even got a call back after the group interview.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
