The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The first round was a group interview. It was me and one other person being interviewed by both assistant managers. Second round was with one on one with another store manager. The third round was one on one with the store manager. Benefits are great, and pay decent but wasn’t enough, so ultimately I didn’t end up accepting it. It was a really hard decision because I really wanted to work for such a good company. I was very impressed.

The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
