Entrevista
I've interviewed here twice in different states, and it was the oddest and most uncomfortable group interview process. It feels very friendly, but there's an undertone that can't be ignored- everyone there is competing for a position. They also ghosted me afterwards and hired way less qualified college kids.

One of the questions was what are you most proud of from another job- This was awkward to answer in front of other people who were also interviewing for the same position
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
