Whole process took me more than 2 months. Recruiter set up phone interviews for three times. Hiring manager failed to show up without notice. After two weeks, recruiter reached out again and asked me if still interested. After another phone interview with General Manager, recruiter told me that they offered the position to someone with stronger background. If I don't know this company, I probably think this is fraud since the first recruiter only contacted me on LinkedIn and never sent me emails.
