Just awful, don't waste your time. Make sure to triple-check that they actually intend on hiring for the role before wasting time on multiple interview rounds. Overall nice people, but indecisive leadership make the whole process unprofessional and a time sink.
Interviewed with a few people. They eventually informed me that they were putting the role on hold. The first interview was relatively casual – I had time to ask a lot of questions.
