First round through skype, second round personal interview and direct offer. All within a month. Very friendly and human interviewers. No tricky questions, just focusing on the person, the skills needed, good description of the job

3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.

The process was fast and smooth. It consisted of 4 steps including business case with HR, hiring manager and other manager. The company follow up quickly and efficiently informing you about each step. Very accommodating and flexible.
