I was told there was a position open for Supervisor by an employee who worked there. I emailed the Store Manager my resume. I was told I would have to take a drug test and have a background check done on me. After those cleared I got an offer and started working about two weeks after that. Super friendly Store Manager, totally sold me the job, informed me about all the perks and everything that would be expected of me, etc...

The interview process was a half hour interview with assistant manager and manager. They asked a series of pre-arranged questions. They provided feedback and results within two weeks of the interview.
Straight forward, they were spot on on keeping you updated throughout the process and the debrief was timely as well. They also let you ellaborate on your answers and you don't feel much pressured by the questions
