They make it look like they have the coolest interview process, but its not. Basic question being asked by the HR guys. The final decision rests with the Founder. why the hell do you take 3 rounds then. Maybe you guys can reverse the process and save your time as well as the candidates by giving the first round to the founder, if he/she finds its ok, then the irrelevant round and questions can come up. Questions like 1. what are your weaknesses and strength? 2. if you are selected how do you intend to travel? 3. Email writing skills etc. Its ironic because they have corporate training modules on leadership which they try to build it among their employees too, but the founder is the BOSS so the leadership initiative fails. Also innovation is one of the module. You can start by innovating and reversing your interview process.

Head, profile overview and previous KRAs and target discussions. 4th Round was with Main founder - amazing person very influential and charming (may or may not happen, but i went through this round before getting offer). If they like your Candidature they will give you an offer on the spot and quite a generous one, i accepted gladly and started my work the very same day by my own choice.
