Trabalhei para Citrix em período integral (Mais de um ano)
Good salary, decent commission plans, OK benefits, some really talented sales reps
Sales enablement runs the company into the ground. Management allows it happen because the leadership has forgotten what it is to be a salesperson. Way too much bureaucracy. They act like they are the US Government when it comes to getting anything approved. Leadership culture is motivation by intimadation. Microsoft the partner is going to put them out of business because leadership doesn't understand what is going on.
Conselhos à presidência
Replace your sales executive leaders and rebuild the toxic culture. The salesleaders act like sales leaders out of a bad movie. Worst I've seen in decades.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Citrix (Bethesda, MD (Estados Unidos da América)) em fevereiro de 2011.
Talked to a total of 3 people: 2 interviewers and 1 person casually in the lobby. I had a great conversation with the person the lobby and mainly asked her questions about the organization, culture, and training process at Citrix. We had a casual conversation as well and it made me very comfortable going into the interviews. The first person I talked to was very interested in my team experiences in college and I had a great time describing them. The second person I talked to was also interested in my team experiences and had a list of more formal questions to ask about them. Wish I could have spent more time during my interview but it was cut short.
