Good people, perks, food, equipment. The company is dynamic with a positive outlook.
It’s as if there is no ownership in the company. They also tend to hire overqualified people, to place them on dead end career paths. Why would you hire someone with an MBA from Japan for a customer service role? Same thing was for me. No career advancement opportunity there when they removed all the sales targets and transformed my role to customer service within 6 months after my start. Square turned out to be a bad career choice and I had to leave without delay tough I had great expectations from this well known tech company.

The interview questions were mostly either behavioural ("tell me about a time when.."), or scenario ("imagine you're doing x, what would your strategy be").
