We’re taking a moment to recognize the amazing team that makes everything possible here at Hoffmaster 👏 Your dedication, hard work, and positive energy make all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful for each of you. To celebrate, we treated the team to some delicious pizza from our local Domino’s 🍕 – because what better way to say thank you than with great food and even greater company?
Last Friday, we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day, but the truth is—we appreciate our team every single day! 🎉 A huge thank you to our incredible employees at the Sparks manufacturing plant for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence. Honoring Our Local Heroes 🚒 Hoffmaster is grateful to the Oconto Fire Department for their swift response and dedication during the fire at our Oconto facility in October. As a token of our appreciation, our Plant Manager, EHS Manager, and HR team had the privilege of presenting a $1,000 donation and some Hoffmaster products to the Fire Chief, recognizing the department’s commitment to keeping our community safe. Thank you, Oconto Fire Department, for all that you do! 👏 #HoffmasterGivesBack #CommunityHeroes #ThankYouFirstResponders
🌟 Success and Balance: The Key to Thriving 🌟 High achievers often excel under pressure, demonstrating an incredible tolerance for stress. But here’s the catch: many of us have a low tolerance for joy, rest, and fun. This is a pattern we’ve observed in recent Employee Success coaching conversations at Hoffmaster. While this drive can lead to impressive achievements, it often comes at the cost of exhaustion, burnout, and disconnection. We’re committed to breaking this cycle by fostering a culture that prioritizes recovery, meaningful rest, and authentic connection. By expanding our Window of Tolerance, we’re helping our team move beyond just performing well to truly thriving. Because success shouldn’t come at the expense of well-being. 💡

Our talented Clintonville team brought the magic of the season to life at this year’s Clintonville Community Parade with a stunning float themed "Winter Wonderland." It was a true labor of love, and we couldn’t be prouder of their dedication and craftsmanship. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this festive masterpiece and to the community for celebrating with us! #WinterWonderland #Teamwork #ClintonvilleCommunity
🌟 A Clintonville Tradition! 🌟 Each year, our Clintonville plant comes together to sponsor and decorate a tree for the city, spreading holiday cheer and showcasing our team spirit. This year, it was B Shift's turn to shine, and they absolutely delivered! Their creativity and teamwork brought this beautiful tree to life, and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts. Thank you, B Shift, for helping make our community a little brighter this holiday season! #Teamwork #Community #HolidaySpirit

Last week, we had the privilege of attending the Night of Gratitude fundraiser for Community for Hope of Greater Oshkosh, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention in the Oshkosh area and beyond. Their mission is close to our hearts, as they not only work tirelessly to save lives but also strive to destigmatize mental health challenges. Earlier this year, they trained our managers and leaders in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention—a critical step in fostering a safer, more supportive workplace and community. We are deeply inspired by their work and look forward to strengthening our partnership in the future. Together, we can create a culture that prioritizes mental health, reduces stigma, and ensures no one faces these challenges alone. If you're passionate about mental health and suicide prevention, we encourage you to learn more about Community for Hope and their impactful efforts. #MentalHealthAwareness #SuicidePrevention #CommunityForHope #Gratitude #Wellbeing
Today, we recognize and celebrate the courage, commitment, and sacrifice of our veterans. We’re honored to feature some of our own employees and their family members who have proudly served in the armed forces. To all veterans, thank you for your service, your dedication, and the sacrifices you’ve made to protect our freedom. We deeply appreciate your contributions and are grateful to have you as part of our team. This Veterans Day, let's take a moment to reflect on the values of service, resilience, and commitment, embodied by all who have served. #VeteransDay #ThankYouVeterans
