Recently, our CEO, Greg Adelson, hit the road for his first-ever CEO Roadshow at Jack Henry. These roadshows were a fantastic opportunity for our hubs to come together, spend time with Greg, ask questions, and show some true Jack Henry pride! In just four days, Greg visited seven of our hubs, connecting with over 800 associates in person and then over 3,000 during the remote session online. These roadshows reinforce the exceptional culture we have here at Jack Henry and provided a valuable opportunity for associates to come together and connect.

At Jack Henry, we believe in being part of something bigger than ourselves. Our Community Volunteer Hours program provides associates with up to eight paid hours per fiscal year to volunteer in the communities in which we live and work. Our associates have used their volunteer time this fall to make a positive impact. Activities have included supporting Hurricane Helene cleanup in Western North Carolina; shopping for and donating food, toys, personal care items for local community outreach centers; and bagging spices for local food pantries. One Associate, who volunteered to clean up a community devastated by Hurricane Helene said: “Because I live 45 minutes outside of the area that was hit, I knew so many who were impacted but I felt helpless for the first few weeks not knowing how to serve. The community volunteer hours Jack Henry provided gave me an opportunity to meet a practical need, and I ended up being assigned to an apartment complex where I know some of the residents. I got the messiest job tearing insulation out of crawl spaces that had been flooded with mud during the storm. It was a blast and definitely stretched me!”
