Sottile & Barile, LLC is a dynamic, full-service creditors' rights law firm looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Loveland (Cincinnati), Ohio office. What You’ll Bring:

• A valid Bar License in at least one of the Firm’s main State Court jurisdictions – Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and/or West Virginia
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience reviewing and handling pleadings in at least one Federal Bankruptcy Court. Such pleadings would include motions for relief, proofs of claim, objections, various notices, etc.
• Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Court system and experience in handling court hearings in person, over the phone and via video links
• A strong work ethic and a passion for learning
• Honesty, dependability, and professionalism
• Sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a willingness to embrace new technologies
