The Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, supervising staff, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. The role involves coordinating team activities, resolving customer concerns, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the lounge to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor service quality and ensure guests receive a high level of hospitality.
• Ensure the lounge is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of lounge facilities and equipment.

Staff Supervision

• Supervise, train, and support lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and cleaners.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Customer Service

• Welcome guests and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle special guest requests and VIP services when required.

Inventory and Stock Control

• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, food items, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Financial Responsibilities

• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and sales summaries.
• Support efforts to achieve revenue targets through effective service and upselling.
