We're expanding into healthcare, legal, finance, insurance, solar, and more and our systems need an architect.

We're an execution machine. And we're hiring someone to help design and build the backbone that powers it all.

About the Role

This one's senior. You'll be an architect, a technical pillar of the team, working shoulder to shoulder with our existing lead engineers. No direct reports today, but you'll have a real say in how we build everything, and a clear path to leading a team as we grow.

You set technical direction and write the code. You'll architect smart systems across multiple business units. Lead platforms, microsites, data pipelines, internal tooling, AI agents, MCP connectors, then roll up your sleeves and ship them. What you build has a direct line to the bottom line.

You'll design APIs, model the data layer, scale microsites, stand up serverless functions, and wire AI into the workflow wherever it earns its place. And if you're obsessed with using AI to ship faster? Good. So are we that's half the job.

What You'll Work On

• Architect and own systems across the stack, lead-data platforms, integrations, content engines, internal tooling
• Design a data layer that scales and doesn't fall over as we grow
• Stand up clean APIs, serverless logic, and the glue that connects our tools
• Build AI-native: agents, MCP servers, and LLM-backed automations, with the evals and guardrails to keep them honest in production
• Scale dynamic, high-converting sites and content platforms
• Connect the tools and platforms that get the job done, CRMs, lead platforms, ad and tracking integrations
• Monitor and improve lead funnels, conversion tracking, and routing logic with data and precision
• Automate QA, testing, and continuous deployment
• Set the bar on architecture, testing, and observability, and use AI to move the whole team faster

You'll Need To Know

We're deliberately not handing you a stack. The tools exist, we want someone with the judgment to pick the right one for the job. We care far more about how you think than which framework you reach for. The languages and frameworks are a given for someone at this level; here's what actually matters:

• Deep architecture experience. You've designed systems other people build on, and you own how the pieces fit together (and why)
• The judgment to pick the right tool. Pragmatic about languages, frameworks, and platforms; loyal to outcomes, not to tech fashion
• Data modelling that scales. You can design a data layer that stays fast and sane as it grows
• Wiring systems together. APIs, integrations, third-party platforms, making things talk to each other cleanly
• A quality bar you don't drop. Testing, observability, and CI/CD as habits, not afterthoughts
• Real-world AI in production. You've shipped with LLMs, built agents or MCP, and you live in agentic coding tools (think Claude Code, Cursor). This is the one thing we won't compromise on.

Who You Are

• You think in systems. Not just code.
• You're experienced, but you're not too senior to get stuck in and do the work.
• You're outcome-driven, not obsessed with frameworks for their own sake.
• You've automated something in your life just to see if it would work.
• You love shipping fast but hate messy architecture.
• You can bounce between scaffolding an agent, designing a data model, and shipping a frontend and you enjoy all three.
• You've got strong opinions, but you collaborate without needing an org chart to back you up.
