Being part of our Gift Shop team, you will be the first face visitors will see. It is a rewarding position and can be busy at times when customers arrive to purchase Ride & Attraction tickets, Annual Passes and seaside gifts & souvenirs.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, enthusiastic people who are well presented, punctual and keen to work as part of a team. Previous customer service, point of sale, reception and retail experience are preferable, but not essential as training will be given. Good communication skills will be an advantage to applicants for this position.
Duties include customer service, taking care of display & presentation, sales, cash handling, touch screen till operation, maintaining clean and pleasant atmosphere and other associated works.
We are looking for people who can work Saturday and Sundays and School Holiday periods. This can make this a good position to fit around other commitments.
Initial interviews are planned to take place in person through June with work beginning in late June, early July.
Hours can vary but are normally between 10- 36 hours per week mainly at weekends and school holiday periods. Hours do increase as the season progresses. Normally working a 3, 4 or 5 day week in peak season (summer school holidays) including weekends and bank holidays.
