About the Role:
Our office is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hackbridge Station, with direct train access to central London. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth and efficient bookings. We need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and has a keen eye for detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• A quick thinker with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• A professional who can remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone with a strong eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a similar customer service role is essential.
• Flexibility, especially during the busy winter months, is important.
• IT literacy is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and process bookings efficiently.
• Compile and action customer reports within the same day or next day.
• Advise customers on the best solutions for their home emergencies.
• Handle customer email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Participate in a weekend rota, compensated at Time & Quarter.
