Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiber Splicer for Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the infrastructure of our Meta data center project in New Albany, Ohio that is expected to continue through the end of 2026. . Duties

Requirement

• Must provide your own fusion splicer (Signal Fire AI-10A or equivalent is acceptable)
• Must have basic troubleshooting tools for fiber fault isolation and LC connector repairs

Compensation:

• $58/hour
• No per diem
• No housing provided
• Net 30 payment terms
• Payments have been consistent and reliable throughout the project
• 12-hour shifts
• Up to 7 days per week available

• Friday, June 12, 2026

We only have a few spots remaining.

For technicians interested in long-term opportunities, we may also be able to relocate qualified team members to future projects in Dallas, San Antonio, or Abilene as positions become available. Work availability is not a concern for us, as we continue to expand across multiple sites.

Additional Opportunities:

• San Antonio: $45–$58/hour, housing available
• Abilene: Starting at $58/hour, no housing or per diem
• On our Texas projects, the company provides equipment, tools, onboarding, and training
