About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll solutions and US Localization to join a global transformation initiative.

This professional will play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions within international environments, working closely with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

This is a fully remote opportunity, open to professionals located anywhere in the world

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and support Payroll processes using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP Payroll.
• Work with United States payroll requirements, legal regulations, and localization processes.
• Participate in workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and global teams.
• Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Work within Public Cloud environments, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with international teams in a global project environment.

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP Payroll.
• Experience with US Payroll and US Localization.
• Previous experience working on global SAP projects.
• Experience with Public Cloud environments.
• Advanced/Fluent English for daily interaction with international teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of integrations using SAP BTP, CPI, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud migration projects.
