Job Description: Offshore Loan Processor

About the Role
You will be working with a growing Australian mortgage broking firm that provides tailored lending solutions to clients across residential, investment, Commercial & Business Lending markets. The business prides itself on responsiveness, compliance, and delivering a seamless client experience.
The Offshore Loan Processor plays a critical support role in managing loan reviews, preparing applications, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with the Director, Brokers and Australian-based support team to ensure applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with lender and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Reviews
- Requesting pricing from various lenders
- Producing valuation reports with required lenders
- Preparing review reports for the Broker to present to clients
- Researching lending options and policy scenarios
- Communicating scenarios and clarifications with Lender BDMs
Application Preparation
- Preparing servicing calculations (Quickli and/or direct lender calculators)
- Preparing First Home Buyer Scheme forms and Discharge Authorities
- Data entry into BrokerEngine, Apply Online, and Simpology
- Preparing lender consent documentation
- Uploading and attaching supporting documents to lender portals
- Labelling and securely storing all supporting documentation
- Ensuring compliance documentation is complete prior to submission
Administration Duties
- Completion and tracking of BrokerEngine tasks
- Maintaining accurate data hygiene within the BrokerEngine CRM
- Completing Broker Accreditation forms
- Securely storing and updating broker login credentials and passwords
- Following up lenders and legal representatives for application updates
- Maintaining structured digital filing systems
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- Strong understanding of Australian lending processes and compliance requirements
- Experience using Quickli, BrokerEngine, Apply Online, and Simpology
- Knowledge of servicing calculations and lender policy interpretation / research
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Comfortable liaising with lender BDMs and third-party stakeholders
