Job Responsibilities:

• Work with new modern equipment to ensure materials are properly positioned and fed into the machine for consistent production
• Load fiberglass laps, liners, and other components into automated machinery
• Monitor machines as they pull materials together to form finished duct products
• Conduct quality inspections, reporting defects or inconsistencies
• Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assemble boxes, pack, label, tag, and place finished products on skids
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all finished goods
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience with hands on product fabrication, including material processing and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring instruments is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must be safety and quality-conscious
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

**This role has frequent exposure to fiberglass insulation.**
