Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Provide support and remediation across multiple applications.
· Provide Level 1 troubleshooting, problem resolution, business analysis.
· Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
· Document processes and procedures to resolve issues.
· Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
· Perform the work within the constraints of published Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Participate and collaborate in requirement analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments, as well as sprint planning.
· Deliver Sales Force solutions on sales Force Sales Cloud platform.
Requirements:
· Basic understanding of Application Support role.
· Basic understanding of Linux, Python, Node.js, Shell Script, MySQL and Core Java.
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
· Proactive in nature and quick learner.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
