    Entrevista

    Be prepared for multiple interviews NO MATTER WHAT POSITION that you apply for.

    Pre-Screen: There's the initial filter from the first Recruiter that contacts you and sets up a phone interview or video call

    Actual Screening: This is the 2nd step where you will more than likely be interviewing with who you will be working for directly (Typically the final stop).
    OR
    This can also be the person that is over all of your "Potential Supervisors / Delivery Leads" that you may end up being assigned to. They want to meet you to decide which team you may be a fit for.

    Additional Screening: This can be the reverse of the "Actual Screening" where you meet with another "Potential Supervisor / Delivery Lead" to either 1. Be a deciding factor if they are on the fence about you. 2. To see if you may be a better fit for their team. 3. Just to confirm what they initially thought.

    So no matter the combination be ready for at least 2-3 interviews w/ them being either "On Camera" or "Off Camera".

    The interview process is:
    50% - Personality Based
    25% - Skills Based
    25% - Interview Presence

    1. Why do you think that you would be a good fit? 2. Tell me about yourself? 3. What do you know about the position that you applied for? 4. Have you ever worked remotely before? 5. Describe your day to day at your last/current position. 6. Why do you want to work here? - What made you apply?
