Entrevista
Lengthy process and people in India are not sure that they want to hire. Its very sad that the hiring model of this company is very rigid with no empowerment in India . Its sad that the people in Pune office cannot make a decision on a candidate if fit or unfit in first 4-5 rounds. You take 9-10 rounds and still you are uncertain. And then deny an offer giving some absurd reason. If you cannot afford a candidate who already has high remuneration than other peers in your company you should not go ahead with interviewing for technical rounds. Thats the basic of any hiring model. You take so many rounds in Pune, then skype, coding excercise and still more rounds and when the time to offer arrives you realize the person is already on unaffordable package for the position. What a waste of time for the person interviewed. I can understand it may be a fun part interviewing people at your office, may be the company and it Indian bosses love doing it and have lot of time for such fun? You need to think over it.
Even the Amazon's, Google's, Apple's and Facebook's are aware what they want and reject a specific stage/rounds of interview and don't proceed if not fit for next round. And after all rounds they don't deny an offer.
