EntrevistaApplied online, took over two months to hear anything back. I interviewed with devs, took about an hour. I thought the interview went really well and I was told, via email, that I would hear back within two weeks. Two weeks passed, so I submitted an Interview Feedback Inquiry, but never heard anything back. I contacted my recruiter (who was my POC), he never replied. I then submitted another inquiry two weeks later and never heard anything back. I can only assume I will never hear back or I will hear back after two months. I understand Dell is a big company and they can't reply to everyone, but then why have an Interview Inquiry form at all? Why give me a timeframe you have no intention of keeping?
