Denali Software provides software and technology for semiconductor engineers that design computer memory products and other types of chips. The company's applications include tools for building and optimizing flash memory systems (Dataplex and FlashPoint), simulating and modeling memory devices (MMAV), and verifying specifications for computer interfaces (PureSpec). Denali also licenses intellectual property related to electronics design. It has operations in France, India, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the UK. Customers include Texas Instruments, IBM, and Cray. In 2010 rival Cadence Design Systems bought the firm.
