And, a significant percentage of our population works remotely! We do everything we can to make Salesforce a caring environment for our employees — no matter where people work. For instance, Ohana@Home is a grassroots community of remote employees who started connecting over Chatter (our internal network) to share best practices for working remotely and engaging with our culture from their home offices. Our leaders took notice of the initiative and are helping to drive change through a variety of new programs and initiatives focused on our remote employees.

A Salesforce tem uma cultura de Ohana muito forte da porta para fora e nesse tempo de empresa estou vendo que esses valores se refletem da porta para dentro. Não importa gênero, credo, etnia, há um esforço coletivo, independente da área, ou da idade de tratar todos da melhor forma possível. Existem metas e entregas que precisam ser cumpridas, mas todos de todas as áreas fazem o possível para te deixar confortável e bater essa meta. Realmente uma cultura única
Contras
Como a empresa é multinacional, algumas burocracias acontecem, mas dá para entender a necessidade. Alguns processos principalmente de requisição de acesso demoram bastante para serem atendidos.

Entrevista
Como a empresa tinha urgência na contratação, todas as entrevistas aconteceram na mesma semana. O processo inteiro foi muito confortável, tanto os recrutadores como os gestores foram muito atenciosos e de um modo geral, me senti bem amparado. No caso fiz uma primeira entrevista com uma profissional do RH, depois com gestores, apresentei um painel para os gerentes gerais e por fim fiz uma última conversa com uma gestora de fora do Brasil
