Candidatei-me por meio de um recrutador. Fui entrevistado na The Washington Post (Estados Unidos da América)
EntrevistaThis was my second time through with the Post, and (despite the offer) was my second bad experience. I interviewed for a lead role and received very positive feedback on what was (supposed to be) the process as described -- a screen, a combination behavioral/technical interview, and another leadership-oriented interview. However, the Post then decided to tack on another step in the process, around system/AWS design. As someone who has helped shape the interview process at his current company, I could tell that the engineer running this last step was very unprepared, and that this was something they were trying for the first time.
A pretty easy full-stack take home test. Standard, STAR-style behavioral questions. A really, really poorly thought-out AWS/systems interview that was tacked on for no apparent reason.Responder à pergunta
