    Candidatei-me por meio de um recrutador. O processo levou mais de 2 meses. Fui entrevistado na Toyota North America (Estados Unidos da América)

    Entrevista

    Started out as a recorded interview and then after a few months proceeded to a zoom interview with two hiring managers. I really did not go over the job in detail but more or less the start date which as of this writing is in three weeks. I have yet to hear back even though the interview was
    3 to 4 weeks ago. The recruiter has ghosted me and has been on responsive to only one email that I've sent and I'm not going to continue to email and not hear
    back because that's not how I work. I have over 20 years of high-volume customer service experience along with above and beyond awards for excellent customer service and I am a college graduate. This recruiter lacked the decency to let me know either way what the next steps are. I guess they feel since they're such a large company they don't need to respond and are just taking the snooty way out which I think is disrespectful and very unprofessional. If it wasn't for job seekers like myself, the recruiters would not have a job. It is pure laziness on their part. Not only did the lose a candidate, they lost a future customer as well.
