CompuMed won't comp your meds, but it might interpret your ECG. Through its CardioGram software, the telemedicine company provides online analyses of ECGs (electrocardiograms) for more than 1,000 hospitals, clinics, and other health care facilities throughout the US. The firm's ECG services are available 24 hours a day. CompuMed also rents and, to a lesser extent, sells ECG equipment. The company's additional product, OsteoGram, monitors osteoporosis by analyzing bone density; the test involves taking a hand X-ray and can be performed using standard X-ray equipment.
