We build and operate an investment platform used within regulated financial services. Our focus is on security, auditability and reliability, with disciplined decision-making and clear operating standards.
We take a long-term view: we’d rather move at a sustainable pace than ship quickly and leave risk behind for someone else to absorb. That shows up in how we design, build and run the platform — controlled change, clear ownership, and documentation that makes decisions traceable.
Our aim is simple: create a platform that colleagues, partners and regulators can trust. We care about doing the basics well, treating operational work as first-class, and improving continuously as we scale.

Quanloop is a European group operating an investment platform and supporting regulated financial services through subsidiaries. We started in Estonia in 2019 and moved quickly from early validation to a production operating model. Since then, we’ve grown by keeping a few basics non‑negotiable: security, quality, and clear ownership — and by building an operating model that can scale across locations as we expand in Europe.
What we do: we operate an investment platform and build the underlying services and operations that support it. Our work is security‑sensitive by default, which means we treat security as a daily constraint, not a slogan — access is limited, changes are reviewed, and incidents are handled with discipline and learning.
We also care about quality at speed. In practice, that means pace with control: small, reversible changes, clear definitions of done, and work that stays maintainable after it ships. We try to turn complexity into usable workflows, using plain language and clear interfaces so customers and colleagues can understand what’s happening without guesswork.
Over time we’ve strengthened how we operate: tightening monitoring and incident response, improving robustness and observability, and building clearer playbooks for onboarding and operational work (including KYC/AML). As we grew, we focused on cross‑team reviews and shared patterns to keep delivery consistent.
Today, Quanloop operates across Limassol (HQ), Tallinn and Budapest. We hire across engineering, ICT, risk & compliance, client operations and go‑to‑market — with an office‑first working model.
