Coopérative Terrena takes Gallic farmers from farm to market and back again. The cooperative (formerly Groupe CANA, or Coopérative Agricole La Noëlle Ancenis) and its subsidiaries supply 30,000 farmer-members in western France with animal feed, fertilizer, seeds, and fuel. The co-op also operates retail stores that sell gardening supplies and items for the do-it-yourselfer. Coopérative Terrena markets beef and mutton through its Soviba division; it markets poultry through Gastronome. The cooperative's dairy brands are sold under the Laïta brand (mass market), Epi-Ingrédients (food industry), and Ovipac (catering). Coopérative Terrena also makes wine for member grape growers.
