Role description

UST is seeking skilled Python + AI Lead with minimum 4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, ensuring scalable and efficient implementations for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based applications and AI models.
Implement machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
Optimize code for performance and scalability in production environments.
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
AI/ML Expertise: Experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs for AI/ML model integration. Hands-on experience with LLM implementation
Data Handling: Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and database integration.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployments.
Version Control: Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to NLP, or generative AI.
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Understanding of MLOps practices
