I work at a front desk/IT support position, sometimes my boss gives me Photoshop assignment to complete for the college and I don't mind doing them. Sometimes he will critique my work by saying I could change the font or color, reformat/re position a certain object and etc. At first, I didn't think he was being nice, but after processing the situation, I then realized he was trying to make my work better and not make me feel bad.
