There's always work to be done. When I'm not busy I always try and ask a colleague if they need some assistance. My biggest pet peeve is seeing people surfing the internet/playing games on the computer, or talking on their cell phone when they are clearly not at lunch. When someone else is paying me to work, then work is what I shall do.
