Implement a HashMap is not "difficult" at all. It's an easy-medium question. It's a knowledge-based question for sure, if you don't know it, you don't know it, there no problem-solving process for this one. The most difficult part is the rehashing, and of course, you will also need to know how hashMaps work. Other than that it's pretty easy.
