      1) Work from home option and flexible working hours 2) There's the freedom to learn and experiment. Senior leaders of the company motivate and encourage to explore and learn 3) There's a performance bonus and monthly rewards

      Contras

      Second and Fourth Saturdays are working, but we have weekend calls that are fun and engaging.

      Hi there, we take pride in prioritizing the safety of our employees and freelancers hence we allow flexible working hours and allow them to work from home. Should you like to change your schedule on weekends, you can simply talk to your immediate superior to fix it. We're glad you're having a great time working at 24Task.

      I've work for more than 3 years with this company. 24Task has a very family like atmosphere. Management always make sure that employees and team members are always heard that make us feel so valued. When the Pandemic hits, 24task didn't let us down. 24Task did their best to find clients and they continue on giving projects that help us get through on this horrible pandemic. In terms of benefits, as token of appreciation, the company gives incentives and bonuses, I really couldn't ask for more. Working with them is a really great experience for me.

      I don't have cons for them, this company really help me and improve my career.
