Good place to start for fresher. Provides opportunity to learn. Good training school for fresher.
Contras
Not good for middle and senior positions. Management doesn't have an equal eye for all the employees. Has an extremely biased behaviour towards employees with a lot of favoritism attitude. Does not recognise the efforts and the hard work of people who are really devoted and dedicated people and deserve recognition and appreciation. Put a lot of pressure but never recognises the hard work and dedication. Only recognises and gives Pat on the Back to people who survive on other people's hard work and are always busy buttering the senior management, and sweet talkers as well as gossip mongers (there are many of them). Senior Management loves employees who do buttering all the time. Very unprofessional environment and even senior management shows lot of immaturity and has no work ethics. People even at the top level are frivolous and shallow. They don’t even know how to exhibit basic decorum and values in the work place. Very bad work culture for people holding middle and senior positions as there is only pressure with no appreciation or recognition of efforts and so they leave. Very high attrition rate as Management doesn't have the maturity and sensibility of making the good employees stay with the organisation. People keep coming and going. They quit within few days of joining. Worst place to work.
