Some good people that are trying to support each other in a toxic workplace.
Contras
Jerk behaviors go unchecked and are encouraged/executed by senior leadership. Employees were pressured to complete the "voluntary" employee engagement survey with the actual number of employees that haven't completed it shared with an entire department. An 85% completion with pressure from senior leadership is fake data on the actual engagement level. Many question the honesty of results in the survey given the unethical methods senior leadership used to improve completion percentage.
