Too frequent changes by sr management, Info hiding by management and sr management, Extremely poor facilities (Bangalore office), False promises given by management that are usually not kept, Politics by managers, Not very competitive environment, Only Microsoft technologies used (97-98%), Almost nil onsite opportunities, Office looks and facilities including washrooms more like Govt office and not at all like an IT office (Blr 4th floor especially), Managers not competent, Managers don't lead from the front, No WFH (too many questions asked when one requests for WFH once in a blue moon), Too much of micro management especially in some teams where the managers don't contribute one bit but their micro management is top notch.
