1. Very professionally run by the family.
2. Desperate to grow fast.
Contras
1. Sridevi and Raghavan (CEO and Director respectively) are arrogant and most of the time yell at all the employees.
2. The talented staff are not rewarded but instead staff who while away there time, listening to music, gossiping are given importance.
3. Work culture is pathetic.
4. Amelio has lost many talented and dedicated staff due to the worst behavior of Sridevi and Raghavan
5. Sridevi and Raghavan are like leeches who suck the blood till the last drop.
6. There have been 3 accidents in Adyar center involving little children but still the safety standards are not followed.
7. All the teachers barring the center manager have left Hiranandani center which is now relocated to Siruseri.
8. Quality of the teachers and the quality of the curriculum in-charge are pathetic.
