If you are a designer and absolutely need an income, this should be your last resort.
Contras
cons: _ you are expected to do overtime, i have done 70 more hours a week as a designer and only been paid 40 hours/week. _ you are been talked down when questioning a design/process _ you have to do exactly what you are told, that includes the manager going to the bathroom to check if you are working and at your desk _ your time at Array is worthless, every designer going into Array should know that going into Array will hurt your career overall. Your references will be worthless. Because you will have a failure of a lead manager, you are not truly working as a professional designer. Your work at Array will also not impress the industry. I have had job opportunities after Array because I had previous job experiences; so if this is a first job interview DO NOT take it.
