Prós
The people were the highlight, smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. Flexible hours and an unlimited PTO policy were appreciated, even if not always realistically usable.
Contras
Leadership consistently made questionable financial decisions, investing heavily in areas that added little value while claiming there was no budget for competitive salaries or proper staffing. This led to high turnover and growing frustration among those left to pick up the slack. Some teams were overworked, while others coasted, largely due to lack of direction and accountability from management. Recruitment practices were poor in my opinion and misaligned with actual needs.
