Resposta da empresa Autosoft
8moIt’s disappointing Glassdoor allows fake reviews to continue being posted. Autosoft has grown significantly over the past 16 months but we still have bad actors in the organization, unwilling to help us change the historical toxic culture. Instead, they are consumed with hurting others and industry jargon.
The CEO has nothing to do with price increases, which are handled by tenured employees in the Finance department, under direction from the CFO. Autosoft prides itself on absorbing as much cost as possible for our dealers and passing on the bare minimum needed to cover our operating expenses. This has been Autosoft’s philosophy for nearly 40 years, and we will continue to do so to assist the dealers we serve in the low-volume dealer space to provide the highest value at the lowest cost.
From a staffing perspective, Autosoft doesn’t have an executive team today and has been operating extremely lean with little to no change over the past 12 months. Your statement of “someone begging him for a job” are false accusations and are without merit. We are focused on the commitments we make to each other with every team member owning their individual roles, executing at a high level and playing to win as a team.
As for our product, it’s important to clarify that Autosoft has been serving low-volume franchise dealers for nearly 40 years. The strength of our platform is in its stability, ease of use, and affordability for the dealerships we serve. Continuous improvements and feature enhancements are continuously being made, and those updates are driven by dealer feedback, not by chasing complexity that doesn’t serve our core market.
Finally, on the subject of leadership: I’m not here to tell you what you want to hear, rather I'm focused on doing the right thing for both our team members and dealer clients. I am direct and believe in the potential of our people, the mission we serve, which is helping low-volume, rural dealerships compete and succeed. If that sometimes feels uncomfortable, it’s because meaningful growth often does.
