Great flexibility for time personal matters, never had or seen anyone with issues taking time off as needed. Great for self-motivated, ambitious people as those traits are highly valued and allowed to develop quite largely your own way. Very hands-on with the projects from start to finish. Very diverse types of projects and responsibilities.
